About this project

Magnificent local investment opportunity for the residents of the Baix Camp region. This solar project will be located in Reus.

This park will have a total capacity of 5.8 MWp and is in the development phase, with construction scheduled to begin in the second half of 2025. 20% of the project financing is reserved exclusively for the local participation, which amounts to €485,040, through a subordinated loan with a maximum term of 15 years. The estimated return is a variable interest rate at EURIBOR plus 3%-4%.
