Rights of Data Subjects

FUNDEEN PLATFORM, S.L. informs Users that they may exercise the rights of access, rectification, limitation, erasure, portability, opposition to the processing of their personal data, and the right not to be subject to automated decisions, including profiling, before the Data Controller, as well as the right to withdraw consent.

To exercise any of the aforementioned rights, please follow the instructions below:

The written request from the data subject requesting the exercise of rights must take into account the following:

  1. It must be properly identified, and if there are doubts about the identity of the requester, they will be asked to rectify the request (e.g., by requesting more information such as the ID number, the ID document, the email provided, etc.).

If requested by phone, the requester will be instructed to do so in writing and will be informed of how to do so and the address to send it to. Information will never be provided over the phone.
