Proyecto Solar con Baterías Son Ripollet (Islas Baleares)

New investment opportunity in the Balearic Islands. The Son Ripollet solar project with batteries is already in operation and is backed by a bank guarantee payable on first demand, with an annual return of 7%.

• The investment is structured through a guaranteed loan with a 3-year term, with a fixed annual interest rate of 7% and quarterly amortization of principal and interest.
• Located in the municipality of Palma de Mallorca, Son Ripollet combines a 10.23 MWp solar plant with an energy storage system using 8.77 MWh batteries.
• The financing is backed by a bank guarantee covering 100% of the debt service, including principal and interest, throughout the entire life of the loan. This places the product at a Low A risk level, according to Fundeen’s risk assessment.

The investment will operate through priority groups, with the aim of encouraging local participation in the territory:

From February 10, the following will be able to:

• Invest people living in Palma de Mallorca and neighboring municipalities (Group 1). If the available amount is covered, they will have priority over any other investor.
• Invest people living in the rest of the Balearic Islands (Group 2). They will only access the available amount once the demand of Group 1 has been covered.
• Reserve the remaining Fundeen users (Group 3). This reservation may be confirmed from February 19 on a strict first-come, first-served basis, provided that there is still an available amount after Groups 1 and 2, which will have priority.
• From February 20 onwards, the project will be open to all Fundeen users, who will be able to invest on a strict first-come, first-served basis.

The total financing amounts to €2,430,000, of which €486,265 is reserved exclusively for Sampol employees until 19 February.
