Porfolio de Movilidad Eléctrica Olympus

The Olympus Electric Mobility portfolio is an opportunity to participate in a debt financing operation for an aggregate portfolio of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The portfolio consists of a projected total of 391 charging points distributed across 53 stations throughout Spain, 298 of which are already deployed and operational. The full deployment of all charging points is scheduled to be completed during the first half of 2027.

The maximum target financing amount from the Fundeen community is €5,000,000. The operation is structured as a co-financing arrangement in which Impact Bridge participates through one of its funds with an amount of €3,000,000 via the Fundeen platform:

• Fixed-rate loan of 9.5% per annum, with a maximum term of 5 years and semi-annual interest payments. You can consult the details of the financing in the information dossier.

• The project is estimated to supply an annual average of 21,000 MWh of renewable electricity during the life of the loan, an energy equivalent to more than 141 million kilometers driven by electric vehicles per year.

• The operation includes a guarantee package, the details of which are set out in the information dossier. These guarantees may prove insufficient to cover the total amounts owed.
