Porfolio de Movilidad Eléctrica ERANOVUM II

New investment opportunity in electric mobility to boost 304 charging points, 255 of which are already in operation. The rest are expected to become operational throughout 2026.

The developer has invested €2,035,340 in the project, apart from the capital to be financed in Fundeen.

Investment product characteristics: 

• The project's financing goal is €1,450,000, with a net profitability (IRR) of 9.25% per year and an accumulated return on investment (ROI) of 50.95%. 
• The investment product has a duration of 5 years and profit payments every two months. 
• Interest will be capitalized during the first 12 months. 
• The portfolio will supply an annual average of 5,000 MWh, equivalent to more than 33 million kilometers traveled in electric vehicles per year. 

Priority financing groups 

The project is already available to reserve for the entire community until March 17 at 13:00h. 

What does reserving consist of? 

Due to the high demand for our projects, you can now reserve the amount you want to invest in Fundeen before the project opens for investment. You simply have to reserve the amount and then formalize that reservation on the date that corresponds to you based on your priority group: 

• From March 10 to 17 (opening at 13:00h): investment for Priority Groups. People who meet at least one of these criteria can consolidate their investment with preference:
  Group 1, former investors: have previously invested in Eranovum I.
  Group 2, residents: reside in one of the municipalities of the 9 autonomous communities where the charging points are located (you can consult them in Annex I of the dossier).
• March 17 at 13:00 h: consolidate your reservation. If you have made a reservation but do not belong to any priority group, you will be able to consolidate your investment on this day. 
• March 18 at 13:00h: global opening. The project opens to the entire Fundeen community on a first-come, first-served basis, until the financing goal is completed.
