Proyecto Solar Cap Blanc (Islas Baleares)

New co-investment opportunity in photovoltaic solar energy in Mallorca. The "Cap Blanc" project is a 44.07 MWp solar plant currently under construction, promoted by Mirova, a fund manager of the Natixis Investment Managers group. 

• Fixed-rate loan of 7% per annum with a duration of 5 years, quarterly interest payments, and full principal amortization at maturity (bullet). During the first two quarters, interest will be capitalized; the first payment will occur in the third quarter. 

• Backed by a 100% first-demand corporate guarantee on principal and interest, issued by the Mirova Energy Transition 6 (MET6) fund and valid until the full amortization of the loan. This places the product at a Low A risk level. 

• Estimated annual production of 74,204 MWh: enough to supply up to 21,300 homes and avoid 19,100 tons of CO₂ per year. 

Reserve your participation: 

From May 21 at 13:00 h until May 28 at 13:00 h, all platform users can reserve their participation in the project without yet disbursing the amount.

Financing is open to the entire Fundeen community, divided into three priority groups. Register and consult the project sheet or the information dossier to find out which group you belong to.
